Goodway Group is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Insights and Strategy team on a contracted basis for maternity leave coverage from May to October 2026. This 40-hour per week role involves diving into data to uncover insights that directly inform client marketing strategy and campaign performance.
What You'll Do
- Engage with key stakeholders to define data needs and requirements.
- Identify and extract data from various sources to build cohesive reports.
- Create, refine, and optimize routine reports for the Insights and Strategy team.
- Proactively seek context and clarification for data requests.
- Analyze data to identify trends informing client strategy across audience, media engagement, and creative performance.
- Translate data into actionable insights with simple, appealing visualizations for non-specialists.
- Contribute to internal brainstorming and collaborate with sales, account management, and strategy teams.
- Proactively develop knowledge of the retail, CPG, and healthcare industries.
- Identify potential challenges and suggest mitigating actions.
