Michelin India Private Ltd is hiring a Data Analyst for its e-Retail Digital Marketing team in Pune. You will work directly with a dynamic team of eRetail business analysts based in Lyon, France, to develop strategies that achieve Michelin's business goals. Your primary focus will be tracking, measuring, and analyzing eRetail execution trends on e-commerce platforms.
What You'll Do
- Track, measure, and analyze trends of eRetail execution for Michelin tyre products on identified e-commerce websites, focusing on defined KPIs.
- Understand e-Retail business requirements and map them to specific distributor relationship contexts.
- Extrapolate trends and patterns from data analysis to suggest improvement opportunities.
- Compile a comprehensive narrative of how online distributors execute Michelin tyres e-Retail, providing operational insights and recommendations.
- Forecast and prepare reports measuring the effectiveness of programs and action plans.
- Design and build reports using multiple tools, including dedicated Web analytics tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Participate in scoping and presentation meetings with internal business partners.
- Play a leading role within the Pune e-Retail Digital Marketing Analysts team, acting as a problem solver for other analysts.
- Keep up-to-date with the newest analytics and digital/e-commerce marketing trends.
- Prioritize business and information needs with stakeholders.
- Identify relevant data sources for the perimeter.
- Acquire relevant data and maintain databases/data systems.
- Set up data collection and manage extraction from gathered data.
- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide recommendations.
- Compile and organize information, data, and insight analysis into relevant templates and dashboards.
- Organize supports to be communicated and displayed in the organization through appropriate processes to stakeholders.
- Share and explain the results of analysis and recommendations with stakeholders and other partners.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct problems.
- Follow up with customers and/or internal partners to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain service to customers and/or internal partners during critical periods.
- Apply methods and work instructions set by the entity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance methods, practices, and results.
