MUBI is looking for a Data Analyst to focus on delivering high-quality reporting and insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the company. You will work on a variety of projects, analyze data to unlock actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to elevate great cinema.

What You'll Do

Create and maintain a wide range of BI reporting.
Perform data analytics to unlock actionable insights.
Work on a large variety of projects, such as analyzing A/B test results, measuring film performance, or determining audience engagement.
Help build upon the internal data-model, mapping out new tables or pipelines.
Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business, including technical and non-technical audiences.
Work within a technically-minded team of data analysts, scientists, and engineers.
Learn more technical data skills like building predictive models, leveraging AI, clustering & segmentation, statistical analysis, and data engineering.

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of professional experience in a data analytics or similar role.
Strong SQL skills.
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL systems and modern equivalents like DBT.
Experience working with business intelligence software (Looker, Tableau etc.).
Proven track record of communication with internal stakeholders to drive meaningful action from data.
Ability to independently structure and formulate solutions to business problems and condense complex systems into simple-to-understand terms.
Adaptability and ability to quickly develop domain expertise.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in Python is beneficial.
Experience and interest in ML/AI is beneficial.
A passion for cinema is a bonus, but not essential.
