Responsibilities
- Conduct independent root cause investigations to identify drivers behind unexpected metric fluctuations or anomalies
- Grasp the business goals behind assignments and consult with cross-functional partners such as Product and Engineering teams to clarify objectives
- Extract meaningful insights and synthesize them into a coherent narrative to address specific business challenges
- Propose enhancements in workflows, including script refinement and automation of recurring activities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboard solutions using Python based on defined requirements
- Implement Python-based automation for recurring reports and performance dashboards
