RemoteVA PH is looking for a Data Analyst to manage and analyze a large inventory database of approximately 200,000 SKU numbers. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful business intelligence using advanced Excel functions.
What You'll Do
- Maintain, clean, and validate SKU-level data across multiple sources.
- Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) to organize, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.
- Generate accurate inventory, sales, and performance reports for management.
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, procurement) to provide data-driven insights.
- Develop dashboards and reporting templates to streamline decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality in all reporting activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, conditional formatting, data validation).
- Strong knowledge of data cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting techniques.
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or inventory-heavy industries.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database tools.
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
