What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized support to VIP Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Efficiently address and resolve complex inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly for effective follow-up and service enhancement.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve service quality and processes.
- Stay informed about the latest products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
