Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Danish Speaking Talent Support Officer to be a key part of our recruitment team. You will source and engage Danish-speaking talent, conduct initial interviews, and provide clear communication throughout the hiring process. This role offers a paid relocation to Cape Town.
What You'll Do
- Assist in sourcing and engaging Danish-speaking candidates to support recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job descriptions and team needs.
- Provide clear and prompt communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to enhance recruitment processes.
- Engage in ongoing professional training to stay updated with talent acquisition trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with candidates and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team.
- Willingness to relocate to Cape Town, with support from a paid relocation package.
- Availability for 3 months of fully paid training in Greece.
