Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Danish-speaking customers, managing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and product-related problems while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Record all customer communications and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Guide clients in understanding product functionalities and deliver training when needed.
- Work with internal teams to escalate difficult cases and enhance support processes.
- Track support tickets and follow up with users to confirm prompt resolution.
- Keep up-to-date with new product releases, updates, and industry developments to improve support quality.
