Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Danish Speaking Mobile Support Specialist to provide technical support to our Danish-speaking customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical problems and help customers enhance their mobile device usage.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile device-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve various technical problems related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device setup.
Help customers enhance their mobile device usage by offering personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their issues and confirm satisfaction with the support provided.
Stay informed about the latest developments in mobile technology to provide relevant and up-to-date assistance.

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly with mobile devices.
Exceptional customer service abilities and effective communication skills with a diverse clientele.
