Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Support professional for a leading online streaming service. You will provide outstanding support to Danish-speaking clients, resolving inquiries and technical issues to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with account management, content availability, and technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and proactively enhance the viewing experience.
- Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up on all queries.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Stay updated on the latest content, features, and industry trends.
- Gather customer feedback for service and user experience improvements.

- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
