Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Support Agent to be the first point of contact for an international airline's passengers. You will handle inquiries related to bookings, baggage, and travel policies, ensuring a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish related to flight bookings and airline services.
- Assist passengers with changes to reservations, cancellations, and rebooking options.
- Provide detailed information about baggage policies, airport services, and travel guidelines.
- Document customer interactions accurately for reporting and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about flight schedules, route changes, and promotional offers.
- Encourage customer loyalty through positive engagement and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Nice to Have
