Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading Logistics & Courier company. You will work from Greece, managing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction within a fast-paced logistics environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries related to logistics and courier services via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
- Provide information on shipping options, delivery timelines, and pricing.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving any related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and queries effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company services to provide relevant support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics or courier services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and logistics management systems is desirable.
