Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading online marketplace. This remote role is based in Greece and focuses on delivering exceptional service to Danish-speaking customers.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with navigating the online marketplace and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Handle product inquiries, order modifications, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions, product offerings, and platform features.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
