Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading food delivery platform. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking users, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery inquiries and issues.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and resolving delivery-related concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners and delivery teams to address issues and enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest platform promotions, features, and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and manage customer expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for food and a proactive approach to customer service.
