Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service professional fluent in Danish to provide outstanding support for a renowned Consumer Electronics Brand. You will be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience from a remote location in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to Danish-speaking clients across phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders.
- Guide customers through the buying process for a seamless and informative experience.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and services.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with customer service software and online communication tools.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in consumer electronics and technology trends.
