Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent to provide outstanding support for a leading online travel agency. In this remote role based in Greece, you will assist Danish-speaking clients with their travel plans and ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, travel itineraries, and special offers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers plan their travels.
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and general office tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- A love for travel and a strong understanding of travel-related services and processes.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
