Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Representative to provide outstanding support to our Danish-speaking clients. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution through various communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Familiarize yourself with our client systems to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication with clients.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies suitable for remote work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to relocating to Greece for this opportunity.
