In this role, you will provide outstanding support to Danish-speaking clients across various communication channels. You'll troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding support to Danish-speaking clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage customer inquiries related to products, services, and account issues with professionalism and care.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and deliver timely and effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for streamlined follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and enhance the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for improving support processes and participate in discussions to optimize customer service.
- Stay updated on product offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer applications.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and client support.
