Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Danish Speaking Client Service Representative to act as the primary contact for our Danish-speaking customers. You will deliver high-quality support remotely before relocating to Greece with a fully paid package.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Tackle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to deliver a positive experience.
- Accurately document all client interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about company services and products to offer well-rounded support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and a passion for helping clients.
- Comfort with using technology and adapting to new software tools.
- A friendly demeanor and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Readiness to relocate to Greece.
