Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Danish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia. You will offer high-quality back office support for Danish-speaking customers in the gaming sector, ensuring a seamless customer experience and collaborating to improve operational processes.
What You'll Do
- Offer back office support for Danish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and concerns through multiple communication channels.
- Work closely with various teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and internal processes accurately, ensuring a thorough record-keeping system.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on the latest gaming industry trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both oral and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer support or back office roles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and common office applications.
- Willingness to work in Sofia and embrace the local culture.
