Mercier Consultancy is hiring Czech speakers to join our customer service team in Greece. In this role, you will provide support to clients while being fully supported with a relocation package to move to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service in Czech across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist clients with their inquiries, keeping them informed about products and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately to ensure an organized follow-up process.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, striving for prompt and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
