Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Czech Speaking Customer Support specialist to support online content creators. You will assist clients with inquiries and enhance their online presence through exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking content creators through various communication channels.
- Assist clients with inquiries about services and products, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and drive customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about industry trends and product features.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interest in supporting online content creators and understanding their needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
