Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support for production-level GitHub issues, including access management, permission configurations, branch protection rules, and workflow execution problems.
- Diagnose and resolve administrative incidents on GitHub, collaborating with DevOps, engineering, and security units as necessary.
- Evaluate and assist with high-impact configuration updates, such as repository visibility settings, GitHub Actions utilization, and administrative controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant years of professional experience
- Master's degree with relevant years of professional experience
