Yopeso Romania SRL is hiring a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to enhance the security posture of our Grid Solutions projects. You will conduct Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA) for critical R&D, product development, and infrastructure systems, directly improving project execution and market readiness.
What You'll Do
- Conduct risk analyses to identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks across projects and systems, ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of mitigation strategies to enhance security resilience.
- Regularly update risk assessments and mitigation plans to adapt to evolving threats.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, IT, and security teams to implement and optimize security features.
- Utilize advanced tools like the PSS Threat and Risk Excel Tool and other cybersecurity frameworks for analysis.
- Support the expansion of TRA as a service to regional operations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (with an IT Security focus), or a comparable qualification.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk analysis methodologies, and analytical skills for threat assessment.
- Hands-on experience with threat modeling techniques and risk assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities, with a capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Professional fluency in English.
