Rockwell Automation is hiring a Cybersecurity and Managed Services Consultant to serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor. You will support our Customer Success Manager community and customers directly, driving the successful adoption and expansion of our Cybersecurity & Network solutions and services to grow Annual Recurring Revenue.
What You'll Do
- Support the CSM community and customers in specific areas of technical expertise.
- Act as the offering expert for the CS community, ensuring customers follow appropriate technical steps for successful adoption and expansion of Cybersecurity & Network solutions and services.
- Work with Rockwell Automation and Partner business units to drive continuous improvement and customer journeys for offerings.
- Take customer adoption data and turn into business value metrics.
- Identify expansion potential for additional products and services that help customers achieve desired outcomes.
- Actively seek out and participate in both formal and informal training to continuously develop technical skills.
- Translate competitive solutions into a Rockwell Automation solution that meets or exceeds customer's expectations.
- Collaborate with peer roles in defining sales and delivery handoff motions.
- Cooperate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers in promoting Rockwell Automation and Partner cybersolutions to existing customers with presentations and/or demonstrations.
- Share industry knowledge of customers based on their key drivers at the appropriate role level with new and existing customers.
- Keep sales and customer relationship management data up to date in tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Gainsight.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- 30-40% travel to customers within assigned geography required.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical related field.
- Experience in cybersecurity applications with Risk assessments, iDMZ's, Continuous Threat Detection, and End Point Protection.
- Working knowledge of Threat Detection, Secure Remote Access, and anti-virus within an OT environment.
- Hold relevant ICS Security Certifications or working towards them, such as CISSP, NIST, and/or ISA-99.
- Knowledge of SOAR, SIEM, SOC utilization and value.
- Knowledge of Cisco networking and the Converged Plantwide Ethernet model.
- Strong solution and application expertise, and related demonstrated sales experience.
- 5+ years of customer facing roles in technical sales or project delivery.
- Working knowledge of the TSIA LAER model.
- Automation and Industrial Control Systems experience (PLC, PAC, DCS, HMI).
