Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in business value, sales operations, product marketing, or strategic program management within enterprise B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success in creating strategies, benchmarks, and enablement in partnership with Marketing and Sales teams
- Excellent project/program management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in data analysis, building dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar), and translating data into actionable insights
- Expertise in financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback, TCO) and value-based selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling, etc.)
- Strong content creation and communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for technical and executive audiences
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms
- High emotional intelligence and executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
