Remote Talent Cloud is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for client customers. In this role, you will ensure customers receive excellent support by responding to inquiries and resolving their issues effectively.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional assistance.
- Troubleshoot product and service issues to find optimal solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay up to date on client products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with teammates and share feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.

- Must be located within the United States.
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the English language.
- A reliable Internet connection and computer.
- A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others.
- The ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
- Highly motivated with a customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently.

- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
