Eneba is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support in Spanish. You will be a critical point of contact for our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely and professional support to customers in Spanish
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues across various communication channels
- Document support interactions and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent support standards
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
- Proven experience in a customer-facing support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a queue of support tickets
- Comfort working a full-time, shift-based schedule
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. All work is performed from your home location, and you must be available for scheduled shifts.
