RateHawk, a fast-growing international travel-tech company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Modification Team. You will play a key role in resolving client booking issues and providing expert advice, working remotely to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Rapidly and effectively resolve client issues related to booking cancellations or changes through our CRM system.
- Advise clients by providing expert guidance on bookings and company products.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone.
- Utilize CRM systems and internal databases efficiently to manage and resolve cases.
What We're Looking For
- English proficiency at an Upper Intermediate level or higher, both spoken and written.
- Essential soft skills: kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and maintain a consistent, results-focused approach.
- A personal, functioning computer and microphone for remote work.

- Base salary of 600 EUR plus a performance bonus of up to 150 EUR.
