About the Role

RateHawk, a fast-growing international travel-tech company, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Modification Team. You will play a key role in resolving client booking issues and providing expert advice, working remotely to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction. What You'll Do

  • Rapidly and effectively resolve client issues related to booking cancellations or changes through our CRM system.
  • Advise clients by providing expert guidance on bookings and company products.
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers, hotels, and clients via email and phone.
  • Utilize CRM systems and internal databases efficiently to manage and resolve cases.

What We're Looking For

  • English proficiency at an Upper Intermediate level or higher, both spoken and written.
  • Essential soft skills: kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and maintain a consistent, results-focused approach.
  • A personal, functioning computer and microphone for remote work.

Nice to Have

  • An understanding of the travel business and common booking systems.

  • Base salary of 600 EUR plus a performance bonus of up to 150 EUR.
  • Fully remote work from home.
  • Flexible schedule: work on a rotating pattern of 2 days-on followed by 2 days-off, from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m. Argentina time.
