360Dialog GmbH is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our Brazilian customers using the WhatsApp API. You will troubleshoot issues, help clients navigate the API ecosystem, and collaborate closely with our LATAM Sales, Account Management, and L2 teams, as well as Meta representatives, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to customers using multiple channels: tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.
- Liaise with the L2 team to investigate and find solutions.
- Troubleshoot the WhatsApp API and solve technical problems.
- Support partners and clients in navigating the WhatsApp API ecosystem.
- Communicate directly with Meta representatives.
- Collaborate closely with the LATAM Sales and Account Management Teams.
What We're Looking For
- Digital native with a strong technical aptitude.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support or technical role.
- 2+ years of experience working with APIs, debugging applications, checking logs, and testing.
- Ability to identify problems and show initiative in finding solutions with your team.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to structure your own day-to-day tasks.
Nice to Have
- Programming experience.
- Experience with the WhatsApp Business API and/or META Developer Tools.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
