About the Role

Pickaxe is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to manage support channels for our no-code AI platform. You will provide direct user assistance and play a key role in communicating user feedback to shape the product.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the information email inbox, assisting users with subscription issues, account changes, product questions, and bug reports.
  • Provide user support on the community forum for Pickaxe-related inquiries.
  • Meet regularly with the team to review platform changes and provide reports based on user inquiries and suggestions.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in a tech-related field or IT.
  • A degree in Computer Science.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Excitement about assisting others.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Prepared to work closely with a dedicated team.
  • Genuine desire to work at a small startup.

Nice to Have

  • Background or familiarity with LLMs and how they operate.
  • Existing knowledge of the Pickaxe platform.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Starting salary range: $50,000-$60,000 annually.
