Pickaxe is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to manage support channels for our no-code AI platform. You will provide direct user assistance and play a key role in communicating user feedback to shape the product.
What You'll Do
- Manage the information email inbox, assisting users with subscription issues, account changes, product questions, and bug reports.
- Provide user support on the community forum for Pickaxe-related inquiries.
- Meet regularly with the team to review platform changes and provide reports based on user inquiries and suggestions.

- A degree in Computer Science.
- Strong writing and communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation
- Starting salary range: $50,000-$60,000 annually.
