Life360 is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality email support for our users. This role operates on a 2/2 active/off schedule as an independent contractor, requiring a love of modern technologies and a focus on fast, accurate problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Respond to user requests about app usage in a timely and accurate way via email.
- Escalate technical issues to the engineering team.
- Identify and analyze user needs to provide insights to the product team.
- Contribute to projects that help improve current Support processes.

- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and an ability to handle stress.
- Love of modern technologies.

- Knowledge of one more foreign language.
