Whizz is hiring a Customer Support Representative (Spanish / Remote) to ensure customers receive the best possible experience. You'll be a key member of our growing Customer Service team, responsible for handling live chats and calls. At Whizz, our mission is to help gig workers acquire and use expensive electric vehicles to boost their profits when traditional financing is not an option.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently handle a large number of chats and calls, with no cold calling.
- Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments.
- Address customer concerns and objections diligently to ensure satisfaction.
- Use selling techniques to offer additional products to existing customers and convert potential customers.
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns diligently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for chat and calls.
