Concentrix is hiring a Customer Support Representative for a remote role specifically available to Military Spouses. In this work-from-home position, you will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to provide support and resolve non-routine issues regarding client products and services.
What You'll Do
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
- Identify and develop opportunities to offer the company’s products and services through upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation.
- Deliver superior customer experience by identifying, capturing, and addressing customer needs in every interaction.
- Process and monitor customer orders.
- Track, document, and retrieve information within databases.
- Offer additional products and/or services with every customer interaction.
What We're Looking For
- You must be a Military spouse.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Must be at least 24 years of age.
- Open availability to work scheduled hours.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and strong computer navigation skills.
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (a work computer will be provided after hire).
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence.
Nice to Have
- 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling, recommending products/services, soliciting, telemarketing, etc.).
