Whizz is looking for a Customer Support Representative to ensure customers receive the best possible experience. At Whizz, our mission is to help gig workers acquire and use electric vehicles to boost their profits when traditional financing isn't an option. We believe everyone deserves access to reliable mobility solutions, regardless of financial history.
What You'll Do
- Efficiently handle a large volume of inbound customer chats and calls
- Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes and arrange appointments
- Address customer concerns and objections diligently to ensure satisfaction
- Use selling techniques to offer our additional products to existing customers
What We're Looking For
- Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 - Advanced level)
- Native or fluent speaker of Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or sales
- A high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work on a New York time zone (EST) schedule
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
