Nord Security is seeking a Customer Support & Order Fulfilment Team Lead to guide the team dedicated to the Tesonet Accelerator product. You will be responsible for leading daily operations and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the Customer Support & Order Fulfilment team for Tesonet Accelerator
- Oversee and improve customer support processes and order fulfilment workflows
- Ensure team performance meets key service level and quality objectives
- Analyze support and order metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer and order issues
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading a customer-facing support or operations team
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and order fulfilment processes
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
- Outstanding communication and team leadership skills
