Infobip is hiring a Customer Support Intern to join our global Customer Support team. In this role, you will directly impact client experience and satisfaction by helping resolve technical questions about our platform. You'll learn about technical topics and develop valuable troubleshooting skills.
What You'll Do
- Attend to customer inquiries and resolve problems quickly and professionally in varying situations.
- Give clear and accurate information to clients efficiently.
- Find workarounds when issues appear and understand client needs.
- Help improve internal processes, customer experience, and the quality of service provided.
What We're Looking For
- A B.Sc., M.Sc., or a graduate engineering, technology & applied science student with no professional experience.
Nice to Have
- An aim to be an engineer who understands both the technical and business sides of IT solutions.
Team & Environment
You will be part of our Customer Support team, interacting with both technical and business teams. Our Customer Support teams reside in more than 10 different offices globally.
