Our client is on the hunt for a rock-solid Customer Support Specialist who knows the ins and outs of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and social media using Gorgias
  • Expertly manage and track orders, returns, and exchanges through Shopify
  • Handle product or order-related issues with genuine empathy and total professionalism
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to continuously elevate the customer experience
  • Keep meticulous records of all customer interactions and feedback
  • Proactively spot recurring issues and propose smart process improvements

Requirements

  • Solid track record in a DTC company
  • Killer skills with Gorgias and Shopify
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven talent for multitasking and delivering timely, compassionate support
  • Must be available Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST
