Our client is on the hunt for a rock-solid Customer Support Specialist who knows the ins and outs of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Swiftly respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and social media using Gorgias
- Expertly manage and track orders, returns, and exchanges through Shopify
- Handle product or order-related issues with genuine empathy and total professionalism
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to continuously elevate the customer experience
- Keep meticulous records of all customer interactions and feedback
- Proactively spot recurring issues and propose smart process improvements
Requirements
- Solid track record in a DTC company
- Killer skills with Gorgias and Shopify
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven talent for multitasking and delivering timely, compassionate support
- Must be available Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST
