Customer Support Executive Position - EMEA Location: Remote Regions: Hurghada, Asyūţ, Egypt Department: Customer Support Seeking a Customer Support Executive with marine tourism expertise, residing in the EMEA region. Essential requirements include customer support background and remote work proficiency! Job Description: As a key team member in our customer support division, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences and facilitating adventure travel preparations. Your role involves guiding customers through trip planning, serving as a critical communication bridge between clients and partners, and ensuring outstanding satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Guide guests in discovering, booking, and planning optimal travel experiences with personalized recommendations - Facilitate seamless communication between guests and partner networks - Provide comprehensive information, address inquiries, and resolve potential challenges - Apply advanced problem-solving techniques for complex customer scenarios - Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout order processing - Demonstrate autonomy as a remote team member while collaborating effectively - Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with guests and partners Qualifications: - Proven customer service experience - Understanding of marine tourism products preferred - Fluent English with professional communication skills - Additional language skills (Spanish, French, German, Italian) advantageous - Strong analytical and interpersonal capabilities - Exceptional detail orientation - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Positive service-oriented mindset - Weekend flexibility Requirements: - Located in European or Middle Eastern time zones - Extensive remote work experience - Travel industry background preferred - Diving certification highly beneficial Application Process: Passionate, detail-focused candidates committed to exceptional service are encouraged to apply.
