GeeksOnSite is seeking a Customer Support Chat Intern for a 3-month remote internship. You’ll join our support team to provide real-time assistance to customers, gaining practical experience in technical customer support.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming live chats and emails from customers.
- Ensure quick response times and maintain a professional, friendly tone.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Follow scripts and guidelines for handling inquiries.
- Maintain clear and organized communication logs.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written English skills, including grammar, spelling, and clarity.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
- Ability to answer chats promptly and remain attentive while online.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
