GeeksOnSite is seeking a Customer Support Chat Intern for a 3-month remote internship. You’ll join our support team to provide real-time assistance to customers, gaining practical experience in technical customer support.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming live chats and emails from customers.
  • Ensure quick response times and maintain a professional, friendly tone.
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines for handling inquiries.
  • Maintain clear and organized communication logs.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written English skills, including grammar, spelling, and clarity.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
  • Ability to answer chats promptly and remain attentive while online.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice to Have

  • Located in Latin America.
