Invisible Technologies is hiring a Customer Support Agent - Freelance Project

About the Role

The Customer Support Agent will deliver responsive and accurate support to English-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, focusing on retirement plan services, account integrations, and technical troubleshooting. This is an entry-level freelance contract position at Invisible Technologies, serving clients in the financial services industry powered by AI-driven technology.

What You'll Do

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive experience for English speaking customers.
  • Assist with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries.
  • Deliver accurate guidance on client's retirement plan offerings (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Utilize Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems for tracking, managing, and resolving customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues efficiently and improve customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone
  • Must pass a background check
  • Available to work 45-50 hours per week
  • Available to work 9-6pm US-ET

Nice to Have

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or IT
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within technical support or financial services
  • Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management (401k, IRA)
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall
