Role Overview
As a Customer/Supplier Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring supplier compliance by engaging with non-responsive suppliers across global supply chains. Your fluency in Korean will support internal communication, supplier education, and collaboration with sales and program teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Supplier Support Manager and assist in collecting compliance declarations from suppliers who have not yet responded
- Use email, chat, and conference calls to reach out to suppliers and guide them through compliance requirements
- Review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness
- Act as a direct point of contact for high-priority suppliers, helping them understand and meet compliance obligations
- Respond to supplier inquiries via chat and email, offering clear guidance and troubleshooting support
- Run engagement campaigns to re-engage unresponsive suppliers using multiple communication channels
- Organize and host educational webinars to increase supplier participation
- Support internal teams with Korean-language translations and join sales prospect calls when needed
- Collaborate with the Program Success team to develop strategies for new clients and ongoing campaigns
- Verify the quality and accuracy of compliance data submitted by suppliers
- Mentor junior team members as needed
- Stay current on regulatory updates and changes to company products and processes
- Follow corporate security protocols and internal procedures
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support business goals
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean is required to support translations, webinars, and sales outreach
