Join Splint Invest as a Customer Success & Support Associate and become a vital part of our Customer Success Team. You will provide direct support to our users, help them navigate onboarding and platform usage, and play a key role in building proactive relationships to drive user conversion.
What You'll Do
- Provide first- and second-level customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Help users with onboarding, questions about investments, payments, and platform usage.
- Learn and support internal tools and our tech stack.
- Play a key role in increasing the conversion from app install to active investor.
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with new users.
- Collaborate with the tech and product teams to escalate and solve complex issues.
- Support internal admin tasks, including payment handling and quality controls.
What We're Looking For
- You are early in your career but hungry to learn and grow into a more client-facing or product-related role.
- You enjoy solving problems and working with both people and tools.
- You have a basic understanding of tech and IT systems, such as REST APIs and ticketing tools.
- You speak French and English fluently.
- You like working independently but never hesitate to ask for help when stuck.
Nice to Have
- German language skills.
- Experience in support, customer success, banking, or fintech.
