Libertex Group is hiring a Customer Success Officer (Uzbek Speaking) to provide direct support to our global client base. In this remote role, you will handle client inquiries, offer product guidance, and assist with technical platform issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide real-time support to clients worldwide via chat, tickets, phone, and email.
- Assist with technical issues and escalate platform-related cases for Libertex, MT4, and MT5 to relevant teams.
- Ensure high service standards, proper handling of complaints, and clear guidance on required documents.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Promote company products and build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Meet established KPIs and perform additional tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- A stable, high-quality internet connection suitable for remote work.
- Knowledge of Uzbek, Russian and English at a good level.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle stressful situations and respond appropriately to clients’ emotions.
- Good computer skills, specifically in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 CET, Monday to Sunday.
Nice to Have
- Previous customer support experience.
- Knowledge of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.
- Trading experience.
