Ankaadia GmbH is looking for a Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) to act as a key part of our growth strategy. You will ensure our customers achieve optimal value from our software through dedicated support and guidance.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and lead onboarding projects for new customers.
  • Enable existing customers through support, training, and guidance to use Ankaadia optimally.
  • Work closely with the product team to communicate and prioritize customer requirements.
  • Identify customer requirements and challenges to tailor the Ankaadia software solution through precise configuration.
  • Manage onboarding projects for new customers, collect customer feedback, and identify opportunities for software development.
  • Collaborate within a motivated and ambitious team, share best practices, and work together to achieve goals in the Customer Success area.

What We're Looking For

  • First experience in customer care.
  • Enthusiasm for innovative software products and proficiency in using them.
  • Goal-oriented, confident communication and proactive action.
  • Positive, energetic, and creative attitude to build trust and enthusiasm with customers.
  • Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer care in a B2B software environment, a personnel service agency, or the HR sector.
  • Experience in creating self-service content, e.g., user documentation, help center articles, or training and onboarding videos.
  • A successfully completed degree in economics, communications, social sciences, or comparable training.
