About the Role

This position is responsible for managing client relationships with secondary schools, guiding successful product adoption, and driving long-term satisfaction and retention through consultative engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee onboarding and implementation for new education clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned schools
  • Monitor client progress toward defined success metrics
  • Identify opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve client issues
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews
  • Track and report on client health indicators
  • Gather and relay client feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Support renewal processes with data-driven insights
  • Develop onboarding plans tailored to school needs
  • Troubleshoot adoption challenges and recommend solutions
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate training sessions for school staff
  • Advocate for client needs in cross-functional meetings
  • Promote best practices for platform utilization
  • Respond to client inquiries within service level agreements
  • Escalate technical issues when necessary
  • Assist in creating client success documentation
  • Stay informed about education sector trends
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
