Constructor is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers successfully implement our product and are thrilled with the results. You will be a key partner, managing relationships and working to improve the overall customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Repay customers' trust by ensuring they get live with the product and are thrilled with the results.
- Understand the needs and roles within enterprise organizations and help manage prioritizations and misalignments.
- Help craft and dictate both internal and external narratives for what's needed to make a customer successful.
- Effectively ask for and manage engineering time to prioritize important customer work.
- Field and troubleshoot customer support requests.
- Create and update customer documentation and training materials as needed.
- Always look for new ways to make the integration process more robust and make customers feel even more successful.
What We're Looking For
- A jack-of-all-trades with a passion for cool technology and interacting with people.
- A self-starter good at triaging problems and working on the most important one.
- Long experience working directly with customers and being the face of the company to them.
- A curious person who would love to work with a technology team including data scientists, algorithm experts, and front-end engineers.
