Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner to clients using advanced biomedical and omics data solutions. You will join the Customer Experience team, ensuring clients maximize value from the platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead customers through onboarding and 'hypercare' phases, ensuring fast and meaningful adoption of the platform.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships, proactively managing renewals, challenges, and opportunities for expansion.
- Offer strategic guidance aligned with customers’ evolving needs, helping them unlock deeper value from the platform.
- Analyze trends across client engagements, providing actionable insights that influence product development and service innovation.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for improvements that enhance the overall user experience.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in life sciences, biotech, or SaaS industries.
- Background in Bioinformatics, Biomedical Data Science, Computational Biology, or a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD).
- Strong knowledge of genomics and multi-omics data (e.g., transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics).
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Bash; experience with ML tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with translational informatics, including statistical modeling and data interpretation.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic client environments.

Work Mode
