Department Overview Our innovative cloud-native platform for public safety delivers Next Generation 911 solutions that provide intelligent information throughout emergency response processes. By combining mobile signals, critical datasets, and call information into a unified operating system, we empower agencies and first responders to improve emergency responses with enhanced location accuracy, situational awareness, and actionable insights. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will proactively drive adoption, product utilization, retention, and customer satisfaction, transforming customers into advocates. Success is measured by ensuring continuous value derivation and developing long-term, strategic relationships with key executives. This role involves close collaboration with Delivery, Support, Account Management, and Product teams, serving as the customer's representative for product roadmap enhancements. Location: Fully remote, based in CA Travel: Up to 70% within CA Qualifications/Experience: - 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or public safety environments - Proven solution selling skills with ability to understand client challenges - Experience driving mobile application end-user adoption - Strong cross-functional collaboration and change management expertise - Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing, enterprise SaaS, data analytics - Passion for technology's transformative potential in emergency services - Experience in innovative tech companies or public safety agencies - Creative customer engagement and problem-solving capabilities - Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical teams - Ability to interact with senior leadership and drive strategic engagement - Self-motivated, energetic team player with diplomatic approach - Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to changing priorities Target Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 USD Compensation varies based on individual knowledge, skills, and experience.
