Elsevier is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Nursing Health Education to partner with faculty at universities and colleges. In this remote role, you will provide product consultation, training, and support for Nursing and Allied Health programs to drive high faculty satisfaction and ensure account success.
What You'll Do
- Provide faculty with onboarding, in-depth training, and consultation on best practices for product optimization.
- Guide faculty through varying customer journeys with proactive outreach and support.
- Respond effectively to inbound customer inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor product usage to identify opportunities for intervention or enhancement.
- Identify churn risks and upsell opportunities for the sales team.
- Serve as a product expert by staying current on all product offerings.
- Document faculty interactions and market feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in education, training, sales, support, communications, or digital media.
- Experience solving complex problems, demonstrating attention to detail, and researching technical issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
